Hi

We have done DCT already a couple times on Xilinx.
It was used afterwards in a MPEG2 decoder.

Why does it have to be a schematic?
We have used VHDL on our implementations.

Hi, just eight register arrays can finish these two matrix multiple and add function. It is not complicated.
